We are converting a number of our spreadsheets to 'Standard Spreadsheets' for regularly carried out tasks such as Prepayments, Accruals, Fixed Assets, etc.

By having these 'Standard Spreadsheets' on offer to all businesses, will reduce the cost of ownership.

All our standard spreadsheets (all serial numbered) will work for 30 days from first using the spreadsheet before activation is required.  Re-activation is required on an annual basis at NO additional cost.  This is to prevent illegal copies being made.

Each Standard Spreadsheet comes with 30 Days FREE Remote Support from first using the spreadsheet to cover any required training on how to use the spreadsheet.  [More...]

Spreadsheet Licenses

There are two types of licenses for using our Standard and Amended Spreadsheets.

One licence per one spreadsheet.

Each of our spreadsheets have a unique serial number and requires a separate licence to operate.

To prevent illegal copies being made, each spreadsheet requires re-activation on an annual basis (at no additional cost).

The price quoted is for ONE Licence / ONE Spreadsheet.  If you require more than one copy of the spreadsheet, you need to purchase additional licenses / serial numbered spreadsheets.

Accountants Practice Licence.

A licence specially designed for Accountants Practises who require a unlimited number of copies of a spreadsheet.

Does not need activating on an annual basis.

For every standard spreadsheet we sell, we will donate 10% of the Cost and any
Postage and Packing to a charity you pick from our list.

When making payment, you will be asked which charity from the our list you would like your 10% to go to.  The list contains Help for Heroes, Make-A-Wish Foundation and all the Children Hospices throughout the UK.   [More...]
