From the Settings page you set the system start date and the account number or name of your Prepayments Control Account. |

The Transaction Page |
|
Enter all your Prepayment transactions onto this page, select the period the prepayment covers and away you go.
Select the accounting month for printing out your monthly Prepayments Journal.
You can also print out a reconciliation page to give you a breakdown of your Prepayment Control Account balance. |
