your prepayments for your accounts software?

same time as entering the prepayment transaction into
your accounts system,
enter the prepayment transaction into the Prepayment
Register along with details of the prepayment period and
expense (or income) account.
When
completing month end accounts, select the accounting
period in the Prepayments Register and print off the
journal details for the selected accounting period.
At the same time, a prepayment control account
reconciliation can also be printed.
