We will then send you an
estimate for the number of days it will take, this may
include time to spend with the staff who will use the
system as experience tells us that the best spreadsheets
are built with the assistance of the end-users.
The work could be carried
out at your premises, in our offices, from our offices
using a computer at your premises or a combination of
all.
You will be invoiced at the
end of each week for the work carried out during that
week along with an update report, or a showing of the
work carried out so far.
The best way to test any new
system is for the end users to actually use it, normally
in parallel to an existing system.
We can provide training to all
the required staff on the use of this bespoke
spreadsheet.
As a problem is encountered,
we investigate and fix the problem. This is by far
a cheaper option than us carrying out full testing.
Testing
by the end users is normally carried out at various stages throughout the
process to check each stage and to get feedback before
continuing.
