From the Settings page you set the system start date and the account number or name of your Accruals Control Account. |

The Transaction Page |
|
Enter all your Accrual transactions onto this page, select the period the accrual covers and away you go.
Select the accounting month for printing out your monthly Accruals Journal.
You can also print out a reconciliation page to give you a breakdown of your Accruals Control Account balance. |
